1. Call the office to set-up a tour to find the perfect apartment for you.
2. Complete the rental application and include application processing fee of $50.00 and holding deposit in the amount of one month's rent.
3. Approved? Your holding deposit will become your security deposit and your lease will be prepared.
4. You will be contacted to set up your appointment for your lease signing. Your lease will be signed by yourself and your Guarantor, and you will set up an appointment to pick up your keys.
