1. Download the Varsity Place Rental Application here, then mail or bring your form, along with your $50 non-refundable Application Fee, to our Information Center at 613 20th Street.

- Check in Inspection (pdf - 16KB)
2. Stop by or call to schedule a tour of the buildings, and we'll let you know once your application has been approved.
3. Approved? Sign your lease, (and get your parents to sign the guarantor), put down one month's rent as security, and congratulations! You've just scored the best place off-campus.
Parking reservations are first come, first served, and Varsity Place apartments sell out very quickly, so hurry and put in your application today!
