The Loyalty Program is a great way to give back to Varsity Place residents. See the features and benefits below:

Lease Renewals

1st Year Residents:
1. Resident discount value card for local businesses (one per resident).

 

2nd Year Residents:
1. Resident discount value card for local businesses (one per resident).
2. No rental increase, unless your apartment was rented at a special rate.
3. $250.00 off September rent or $250.00 off permit parking (coupon).

 

3rd Year Residents:
1. Resident discount value card for local businesses (one per resident).
2. No rental increase, unless your apartment was rented at a special rate.
3. $500.00 off September rent or a free Full Year Parking Permit (up to $495.00 value) voucher or free electricity up to $75.00 monthly.
4. Free apartment touch up clean including carpet cleaning at move out.

 

Only tenants renewing in same apartment are eligible for above mentioned benefits.


Relocating Tenants

Tenants who relocate within the Varsity Place community receive a $150 rent concession coupon (1 concession per person) to be applied to their new apartment.

*Parking is issued on a first come, first served basis.
*Parking in the lot of your choice is limited to availability.
